ABSTRACT:
Security is primary concern for everyone. There are many ways to provide security at homes or in industries. This project is aimed to continuously monitor the house or industries and if any fire accidents occur, by using the wireless communication technology of RF using which totally eliminates a person who has to monitor the house all the time.
In this project, we will provide the security for home or industry by monitoring the fire. Here the wireless communication between the remote areas can be achieved by using the RF modules called RF transmitter and RF receiver. This project is designed in such a way that we will interface the fire sensor to the controller on the transmitter side. The sensor here it will give digital value to the controller. If the fire sensor senses the fire the data send to the controller and the RF transmitter is also interfaced to the controller through an RF encoder HT12E to encode the data which is received from the fire sensor will be transmitted by the transmitter over the medium and will be received by the RF receiver which is also interfaced to the controller through an RF decoder HT12D at the receiver side. The RF decoder is used to decode the received data into a 4 bit digital data which will be fed to the controller. Buzzer is interfaced to the controller for giving alarm and an LCD is also interfaced to the controller on the receiver side to display the status of the fire sensor. So now the controller will perform the predefined tasks by monitoring the received decoded data i.e. if the fire sensor senses the fire at the transmitter it sends corresponding data to the receiver. The receiver pass data to controller then buzzer will be ON and display the corresponding message on LCD.
This project uses regulated 5V, 500mA power supply. Unregulated 12V DC is used for relay. 7805 three terminal voltage regulator is used for voltage regulation. Full wave bridge rectifier is used to rectify the ac output of secondary of 230/12V step down transformer.
